Frequently asked questions
I. Why are there no prices listed for the individual stands?
Prices are not listed by stands on purpose, to discourage comparing our offer with the "competition". We believe that we do not have any direct competition in the Czech Republic at this time, neither in terms of format nor the implementation of this professional hybrid B2B event. We will send you information about prices on request or answer your questions immediately if you contact us by phone.
II. How is the entire event marketed? Do I have to take action in this respect myself?
While traditional trade fairs leave it to the exhibitor to invite people to their stand, here we do it for you. The price you pay for the stand is the only expense associated with your participation in the Mould Production 2020 B2B meeting. We will bring visitors to your stand ourselves and once the event is over, we will also send you a detailed report with visitor traffic statistics.
III. What if nobody comes to my stand?
We are in a way anticipating that. 😊 Not that nobody will come, but that we cannot expect very high numbers. This fact is confirmed by several months of experience from foreign trade fairs. Hannover Messe – the absolute pinnacle in the world of trade fairs – recorded 10,000 visitors. For other fairs, visitor traffic is in the region of hundreds a day at the most. That is a known fact and there is no reason to expect anything else. We do not want to mislead to you. The value this event will have for you lies elsewhere than in the raw number of people that visit your stand during the event, and even those numbers should be judged by entirely different metrics.
IV. If that is the case, is there even any point in considering a virtual stand, when we already know that visitor traffic is likely to be low? We are not in a position where we can afford to throw money away, so to speak.
We will of course do our utmost to bring in as many visitors for the event as possible. The Mould Production B2B event is different from virtual fairs, which these days are literally everywhere, in that our event targets a very specific type of customer: Mould-makers, mould repairs and modifications centres, and their customers. The majority of those who visit your stand will thus be direct candidates for potential customers. From this point of view, 50 targeted contacts make for a much better opportunity for your company than 50,000 general ones.
V. The argument of inviting targeted contacts to the B2B fair has still not convinced me that I should invest in a virtual stand. Do you have anything more to offer?
Of course. After the event, all exhibitions will be exported onto a microsite which will be search-engine optimised and accessible for six months. (If needed, the accessibility period can be extended indefinitely.) Information about your company, products, and all other materials you place on your stand will thus be visible for half a year on the Internet and easy to find thanks to search engine optimisation. Each microsite will be equipped with a counter and once the six-month period elapses, you will receive another visitor traffic report, which, we believe, will show much more encouraging numbers.
VI. Can I then download the presentation to my computer and work with it offline?
Yes. Exhibitions on silver, golden and VIP stands will be exported after the event to PDF format and the presentation will be professionally edited so that you receive a document suitable for further use by your dealers, etc. The edited presentation is then sure to find use during your open days and other events. The price you would end up paying for creating a professional presentation like this to another contractor would be quite similar to the one you pay here for the whole stand plus the presentation. This solution can therefore only pay off!
